ONLINE ORDERS: Please note that all online sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for online orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us an email at info@stratosphereskateboards within 3 days of receipt.
If you have a question about an item before ordering (i.e. size, fit), please call us at (404) 521-3510 or email us at info@stratosphereskateboards.com. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
IN-STORE ORDERS: The following categories are final sale: all shoes, headwear, hard goods (decks, wheels, trucks, hardware), sale items, discounted items, and washed/worn/used merchandise.
Returns and exchanges may be available for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 days of purchase. Must have original receipt for a return or exchange. All refunds will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire. Customer is responsible for keeping track of store credit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen store credit. No refunds will be made to original payment. Customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy at time of purchase.
